About the role
- Own Gartner’s enterprise publishing modernization strategy end-to-end.
- Lead three core teams and integrate them into one operating engine.
- Establish AI-enabled publishing frameworks using large language models and structured authoring systems.
- Set a forward-looking publishing roadmap informed by market direction and competitive benchmarking.
- Drive enterprise change management across practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, business, marketing, data analytics); Master’s preferred.
- At least 15 years’ experience in a relevant field/role.
- Experience working at a large publishing organization or working on overhauling large scale publishing divisions.
