💰 $72,000 - $100,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and conference support
- Develop knowledge of client’s business to provide value-added interactions
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales power contacts for mutual understanding of client’s needs
- Support Account Executive in renewal process and identify new revenue opportunities
- Conduct client-facing meetings to represent Gartner Conference's service value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in account management or client success
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and G-suite
- Willingness to travel to 4-8 events a year
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
