About the role
- Lead a team of Operations Associates responsible for the backend operational and logistics support
- Coach team in tracking learner data, building training rosters and executing communications
- Enable a globally consistent training experience through proactive coordination
- Identify and codify best practices to enhance the learner experience
- Enhance operational process by identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience
- 3-5 years of Operations, HR, L&D or relevant professional experience
- Experience in leading or coaching Operations, HR or L&D professionals
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
- Superior problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with HR systems, LMS administration experience a plus
