About the role
- Analyze and identify changing labor market conditions and talent trends
- Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets to derive new insights
- Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content
- Demonstrate thought leadership in research positions about talent analytics
- Engage with clients virtually or face-to-face and provide actionable advice
- Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events
- Attend industry and professional association conferences
- Actively participate in innovation and research discussions
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Experience in econometric and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated superior analytical skills
- Proven examples of analyzing data to understand actions CHROs should take
- Strong knowledge of publicly available data sets
- Graduate degree in economics, business, social sciences or statistics (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal proficiency and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated executive presence
- Strong organizational skills and business acumen
- Learning agile, with ability to navigate highly matrixed environments
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
