About the role
- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged insights offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for Gartner clients
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs
- Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights
- Deliver individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data to CHROs and other senior HR leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face
- Experience designing, implementing and managing HR AI strategies
- Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
