About the role

  • Own the Pendo platform: Manage vendor relationship, roadmap, and day-to-day operations including guide creation, user segmentation, and platform optimization.
  • Drive user engagement: Build and iterate in-app communications and guides that help users discover value, take action, and build momentum.
  • Analyze user behavior: Leverage Pendo analytics to uncover insights, identify friction points, and inform UX improvements and product strategy.
  • Improve UX across surfaces: Collaborate with UX, product owners, and business stakeholders to enhance user journeys and drive intuitive, impactful experiences.
  • Partner on cross-functional pilots and initiatives: Partner with Sales Ops, IT, and Product teams to align on goals, define requirements, and deliver solutions that scale.
  • Champion agility and innovation: Operate with a no-limits mindset, continuously seeking new ways to improve tools, processes, and outcomes.
  • Support change management: Drive adoption through thoughtful communication, training, and enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Pendo or similar platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Gainsight PX)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
  • Light development experience (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) and comfort working with technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and drive strategic partnerships
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for improving user experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across functions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Bachelor's degree required
