About the role
- Create innovative and thought-provoking research insights within the Software Engineering Architecture & Development group.
- Build on Gartner research insights by speaking with clients directly and presenting at global conferences.
- Analyze clients’ issues in depth to identify root causes and needs.
- Research and predict technology and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events.
- Provide sales support serving as voice of the market.
- Mentor and coach newer members of teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and direct experience with leading LLMs including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
- Knowledge and direct experience with Generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge and experience leading agile product (software development) teams/groups.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability.
- Strong proficiency in verbal interaction for inquiries, with presentation skills at keynote level.
