• Lead your team (5-10 analysts) through effective coaching/continuous performance feedback, managing performance at all levels
• Champion content excellence for all Gartner intellectual property including research notes, interactive client resources, diagnostic tools, videos, and other forms of media
• Drive the consultative approach through client engagements across the broader team to enable client action and impact
• Collaborate with sales to ensure Gartner is properly prioritizing and supporting clients’ mission critical priorities
• Define and collaborate on operational strategies for resourcing key components of the advisory portfolio
