About the role
- Partner with Leaders across the organization to solve complex problems
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analyses
- Own execution of key cross-functional initiatives
- Design and roll out pilots to validate feasibility
- Drive change management efforts
Requirements
- 7+ years’ of progressive experience and responsibility in strategy, business operations, sales operations, management consulting or similar roles
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
