About the role

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive growth strategy and support revenue teams
  • Report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations
  • Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
  • Develop logical frameworks and first principles thinking to define and address issues
  • Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy
  • Serve as first point of escalation for issues, questions, and exceptions related to revenue teams
  • Integrate people, process, and systems strategies to drive revenue and strategic objectives
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure revenue organization performance
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize Outreach, Salesforce, and HubSpot

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role
  • MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred
  • Business or STEM undergraduate degree required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from complex data
  • High levels of proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau a plus
  • Experience designing and implementing processes and workflows at scale for GTM, sales, and marketing
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior executives
  • Strong business writing skills and willingness to produce detailed documentation
  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Desire to be part of mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
