Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive growth strategy and support revenue teams
Report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations
Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
Develop logical frameworks and first principles thinking to define and address issues
Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy
Serve as first point of escalation for issues, questions, and exceptions related to revenue teams
Integrate people, process, and systems strategies to drive revenue and strategic objectives
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure revenue organization performance
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize Outreach, Salesforce, and HubSpot
Requirements
3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role
MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred
Business or STEM undergraduate degree required
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from complex data
High levels of proficiency in Excel
Experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau a plus
Experience designing and implementing processes and workflows at scale for GTM, sales, and marketing
Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior executives
Strong business writing skills and willingness to produce detailed documentation
Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
