About the role
- Deliver strong sales results for fully and self-insured products in the 200-5,000 life segment
- Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment
- Relationship management within Garner’s partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers
- Continue and expand Garner’s existing fully and self insured broker partnerships
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
- Experience in relationship management with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
