About the role
- Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to build a world-class outbound operation and break into some of the largest employers in the nation
- Manage your territory, prioritize key accounts, and collaborate with the larger team to build the playbook
- Understand the pain points of benefit leaders, CHROs, and CFOs and build connections that result in qualified pipeline
- Leverage marketing programs and tools to maximize outreach efficiency
- Help launch Garner’s direct-to-employer enterprise motion
Requirements
- 1-3 years of enterprise BDR/SDR prospecting experience
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent phone, email, and social prospecting skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
- Self-starter mentality with comfort in an evolving environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zooinfo (or other prospecting tools)
