Manage your territory, prioritize key accounts, and collaborate with the larger team to build the playbook
Understand the pain points of benefit leaders, CHROs, and CFOs and build connections that result in qualified pipeline
Leverage marketing programs and tools to maximize outreach efficiency
Help launch Garner’s direct-to-employer enterprise motion
Requirements
1-3 years of enterprise BDR/SDR prospecting experience
Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
Excellent phone, email, and social prospecting skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
Self-starter mentality with comfort in an evolving environment
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zooinfo (or other prospecting tools)
