About the role
- Convert install clients into recurring maintenance contracts
- Generate $800k+ in annual maintenance revenue
- Sell enhancement services: lighting, irrigation, cleanups, lawn care
- Build estimates/proposals and present within 3 days
- Prospect through networking, referrals & cold outreach
- Maintain strong gross margins (52–60%)
Requirements
- Strong communicator + confident closer
- Organized, efficient, and proactive
- Landscape/horticulture experience (3–5 years preferred)
- CAD/estimating experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
