About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of assigned projects related to building and property infrastructure
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, recommend solutions, and provide status updates
- Manage project risks and issues, identify potential problems, and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during project execution
- Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred
- 7 years of experience as a Facilities Project Manager is acceptable in lieu of degree
- Experience with construction projects involving banks, vaults, and financial institutions is a plus
- At least 7 years of experience in facilities management and construction project management
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
