About the role

  • Actively integrate artificial intelligence into our process landscape
  • Identify and prioritize suitable AI use cases
  • Support the entire implementation process from the use-case brief through pilot to rollout
  • Facilitate and coach the AI key-user group
  • Develop and implement AI applications
  • Apply knowledge of Python, R or comparable technologies and have initial experience with chatbots
  • Keep interfaces and system architectures in view
  • Lead (sub-)projects to introduce AI and process solutions
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops and support change management activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in IT-focused process management – particularly with end-to-end processes
  • BPMN modeling, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and prioritization
  • Strong affinity for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications (ideally generative AI)
  • Practical experience implementing use cases; knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Preferably experience with backlog or ticketing systems
  • Good command of English
