Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional software engineering expertise in Java, Spring
Ability to evaluate, select, and apply design patterns
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience building and maintaining distributed, cloud-based systems, ideally on AWS
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, service boundaries, API design
Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of security fundamentals, including IAM, encryption, secure communication
Ability to mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions
Experience with incident response, debugging distributed systems
