Requirements

4+ years of people management experience
10+ years of software development experience overall
Must possess and apply deep, hands-on knowledge of design patterns (GoF, Enterprise, Integrations)
Extensive experience of running teams in an agile environment
Proficient understanding of mainstream technologies such as Java or PHP, JS, Angular or React or VueJS, RDBMS, NOSQL etc.
Plus: Strong experience delivering solutions using cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud
Strong enterprise experience understanding how to build products that serve B2B Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
A structured and detail-oriented thinker
Strong communication skills
Solid technical foundation with relevant experience in SDLC, development best practices, and DevOps processes
Plus: Entrepreneurial self-starter
Amenable to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
