About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of global financial and lifestyle well-being programs
- Oversee a comprehensive portfolio including Retirement, Financial Well-Being, Life Insurance, Disability, and Lifestyle benefits
- Champion an inclusive, employee-centered experience by leveraging insights, engagement strategies, and data
- Serve as a strategic partner across Total Rewards and the enterprise
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Lead Benefits Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and vendor payments
- Direct vendor strategy and governance end-to-end
- Ensure strong program oversight and governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in Total Rewards with a strong emphasis on global benefits strategy, design, and delivery across multiple markets
- Proven experience leading complex benefits portfolios, including retirement, financial well-being, and risk programs
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, governance, and compliance within a complex, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize global vendor partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance management
- Effective, influential communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience delivering education and engagement at scale
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Brings a continuous improvement mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions and enhance program effectiveness and employee experience
