Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of global financial and lifestyle well-being programs
Oversee a comprehensive portfolio including Retirement, Financial Well-Being, Life Insurance, Disability, and Lifestyle benefits
Champion an inclusive, employee-centered experience by leveraging insights, engagement strategies, and data
Serve as a strategic partner across Total Rewards and the enterprise
Build and develop a high-performing team
Lead Benefits Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and vendor payments
Direct vendor strategy and governance end-to-end
Ensure strong program oversight and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in Total Rewards with a strong emphasis on global benefits strategy, design, and delivery across multiple markets
Proven experience leading complex benefits portfolios, including retirement, financial well-being, and risk programs
Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, governance, and compliance within a complex, matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize global vendor partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance management
Effective, influential communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience delivering education and engagement at scale
Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Brings a continuous improvement mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions and enhance program effectiveness and employee experience
