Key responsibilities & impact

Own the workflows within the end-to-end orchestration layer
Translate future-state workflow blueprints into executable orchestration
Partner with capability product managers across design, merchandising, planning, and buying
Design human-AI collaboration patterns
Define agent evaluation and observability requirements
Establish the orchestration data model
Lead the blueprinting and process design for cross-capability workflows
Drive change management for new ways of working
Establish and track OKRs tied to workflow cycle time
Partner with the platform team on agent capabilities
Help evolve portfolio governance for the product-to-market ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in product management, product operations, or workflow/process design
Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI
Strong process-design instincts
Deep understanding of product creation workflows
Fluent in the language of agents
Track record building shared platforms or operating layers
Skilled at driving clarity across diverse audiences
Analytical, evidence-driven, and biased toward measurement
User-centric thinker prioritizing trust and transparency
Bachelor's degree in Business, Design Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
