About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively engage with and support business partners on marketing initiatives, creative services and talent engagements
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements related to marketing initiatives, creative services, talent services, design collaborations, consulting services, new media, customer engagement tools, consumer-facing AI experiences, and digital marketing platforms
  • Manage numerous projects and complex matters simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Support legal team as appropriate in the evolution of contract process and policies to enhance efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • JD Required
  • Licensed to practice law in the US
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in reputable law firms or multinational companies
  • In-house experience greatly preferred
  • Experience in drafting, negotiating, counseling and problem solving a broad range of agreements relating to marketing and advertising
  • Experience working in digital media, including agencies and platforms, or marketing/adtech is a plus
  • Experience with complex talent agreements and related SAG-AFTRA issues is a plus
  • In-house experience and/or retail, commercial or consumer products is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, counseling, decision making, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Emotional intelligence
