Lead a portfolio of stores and coach GMs to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience, operational excellence, merchandising execution, maximum productivity and profitable sales and earnings growth.
Drive consistent, high performance across initiatives, and ensure consistency between stores as measured by P&L and other reports.
Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team; monitor performance with clear expectations and accountability.
Foster inclusive and collaborative work environment; identify themes in product performance and create a district merchandising plan.
Lead effective store visits to drive behaviors and results; maintain awareness of external market and competition; ensure policy compliance.
Requirements
College degree preferred.
3+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership preferred.
Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores as required.
Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
