About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Senior Manager on test selection, sizing, prioritization.
  • Gather and organize needed actions to active a test.
  • Own build notes, partner with team and technical managers.
  • Provide daily updates on test status, needed actions, and risks/issues.
  • Own test brief for test design for UX and Digital Partners.
  • Acts as a first line of support for cross-functional teams when production issues occur.
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about business processes and systems.
  • Build competitive sweeps of the marketplace to help the team stay informed with new and innovative experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of marketing, product or merchandising planning and execution experience in retail/ecommerce.
  • Proficiency with organizational programs (OneDrive, SharePoint, SmartSheet, Airtable).
  • Knowledge of ecommerce content management and testing tools (CMS, Optimizely, TestFlight).
  • Understanding of ecommerce content management processes, including direct experience with site and app tools and technologies.
  • Experience in managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time.
  • Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining business processes.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
