• SF Revitalization Leadership: Drive Gap Inc.’s efforts to revitalize San Francisco through cross-sector partnerships, local engagement, and strategic investment in community infrastructure and programming.
• Gap Foundation Oversight: Support the vision and execution of Gap Foundation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate purpose and measurable impact.
• Provide Executive Transparency: Deliver clear reporting and insights to leadership on purpose initiatives, media engagement, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.
• Develop programs that activate Gap Inc.’s presence in key communities, leveraging brand platforms and employee networks to drive meaningful change.
• Oversee employee volunteering strategy, scaling programs that align with company values and deliver measurable impact.
• Own social media strategy for purpose-driven initiatives, ensuring authentic, engaging content that resonates across platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with nonprofits, civic organizations, and government entities to advance shared goals in sustainability, inclusion, and community development.
• Represent Gap Inc. in civic forums and coalitions to influence systemic change and support revitalization efforts.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track effectiveness and reach of purpose initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop scalable program designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
