About the role
- Lead the design and development of scalable frontend architectures using React
- Drive technical decisions, best practices, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional growth
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and solution design
- Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes and workflows
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building software applications
- 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
- Proven experience contributing to architecture decisions and technical leadership
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
