About the role

  • Manage customers through all communication channels: primarily by phone and email.
  • Handle customer needs: research and identify their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance products.
  • Manage client files independently: create tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures.
  • Grow client portfolios through in-branch commercial activities and multi-product sales: cross-selling and upselling.
  • Actively participate in agency operations: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle administrative tasks (mail, archives, etc.).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally demonstrated by a significant first professional experience in an insurance environment of at least two years.
  • Commercial drive and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute daily to the agency's reputation.
  • Willingness to integrate into the team and establish a trusting, win-win relationship with all agency members.
  • High level of rigor, sense of responsibility, and proven autonomy in all situations.
  • Able to demonstrate curiosity when prospecting to understand needs, spark interest while protecting clients' interests.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products will, of course, be a plus.
