About the role
- Welcome customers through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, or by email
- Handle customers' needs: identify their expectations and present GAN Assurances' offerings
- Independently manage client files: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect documents, and follow up
- Manage and follow up on claims: open declarations, appoint experts, and collect supporting documents
- Develop client portfolios through commercial activities, including cross-selling and multi-product sales
Requirements
- Equivalent to a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) and/or at least one year of professional experience in the insurance sector
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Curious nature and adaptability
