About the role
- Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in branch, by phone, and by email
- Handle clients' needs: identify and assess their expectations and present GAN Assurances
- Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Grow client portfolios through commercial actions and cross-selling/multi-product sales
- Manage and follow up claims: open claims reports and coordinate expert appraisals
- Actively participate in branch activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' solid experience in an insurance environment with a good understanding of individual and commercial clients
- Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative
