About the role
- Welcome clients through all communication channels: in branch, by phone or email
- Handle client needs: identify and research their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency’s insurance products
- Manage client files autonomously: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
- Grow client portfolios through commercial actions and multi-product sales: follow-up opportunities and cross‑selling
- Manage and monitor claims: open claim reports, coordinate with appointed experts, collect documents and perform follow-ups, and support clients through the claims process
- Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle administrative tasks for the agency (mail, archives, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ solid experience in an insurance environment serving personal or business clients
- Strong attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently in all circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A curious mindset and the ability to take initiative
