About the role

  • Welcome clients through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone or email
  • Handle clients' needs: discovery, research and identification of their expectations, present GAN Assurances, promote and sell the agency's insurance offerings
  • Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
  • Develop your own client portfolio: new subscriptions, follow-up contacts and additional sales across the full product range: pension products, personal protection, supplementary health insurance, life insurance, loan protection, car/home insurance, legal protection
  • Handle and monitor claims when necessary: open claims notifications, coordinate experts, collect documentation and perform follow-ups
  • Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies and the agency's administrative tasks (mail, archiving, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience in the banking sector
  • Ideally comfortable with the demands of a sales role (targets, sales, challenges, close customer relationships)
  • Demonstrates rigor, high standards and autonomy in all circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to serve our clients with quality and satisfaction, showing friendliness, empathy and commitment
  • Curious by nature and able to take initiative

  • Fixed salary: €28,000 to €34,000 gross per year
