About the role
- Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, and by email
- Assess clients' needs: identify their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance products
- Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect and track documentation, perform checks and follow up on outstanding administrative documents and signatures
- Expand client portfolios through commercial activities and multi-product sales: follow-up commercial opportunities and cross-selling and upselling
- Support claims handling and follow-up when needed: open claim files, coordinate expert appointments, collect documentation and follow up, and assist clients throughout the claims process
- Actively contribute to agency operations: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle administrative tasks (mail, archiving, etc.)
Requirements
- Holds a degree (minimum Bac+2 / two years of higher education) and/or relevant initial experience—ideally in insurance but at least in a customer-facing role (insurance, banking, real estate, etc.)
- Demonstrates rigor, high standards, and autonomy in all situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A curious mindset and the ability to take initiative
- A team-oriented person who values cohesion and clear communication
