About the role
- Greet and assist clients across all communication channels
- Identify and address clients' needs and present GAN Assurances' offerings
- Manage client files autonomously
- Develop client portfolios through business development activities
- Compile and follow up on claims files
Requirements
- Ideally a qualification in Insurance (e.g., BAC+2 or BAC+3 equivalent)
- 2–3 years' experience in an insurance environment
- Rigour, a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills for welcoming clients and building loyalty
