💰 €30,000 - €35,000 per year

About the role

  • Welcome clients and prospects through all channels (in-person, phone, email) with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Accurately identify their needs to offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Prepare insurance quotes; follow up and chase outstanding quotes
  • Record coverages/guarantees; issue and process contracts
  • Promote the full product range and increase multi-product adoption through in-branch sales follow-ups and lead follow-up
  • Conduct customer retention activities (e.g., satisfaction surveys)
  • Schedule appointments, manage the agency calendar, and liaise with the insurance company

Requirements

  • Diploma such as a BTS in Insurance, Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in business development related to policy underwriting and portfolio consolidation
  • High standards and rigor, empathy, and a strong customer-service orientation in all circumstances
