About the role
- Welcome clients through all communication channels: in the branch, by phone or by email.
- Handle clients' needs: identify and assess their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance offerings.
- Manage client files autonomously: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, follow up, verify and remind for administrative documents and signatures.
- Develop client portfolios through commercial activities and multi-product sales: business follow-ups and additional sales.
- Manage and monitor claims: open claims notifications, coordinate experts, collect supporting documents and perform follow-ups, and support clients throughout the claims process.
- Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle the agency's administrative tasks (mail, archives, etc.).
Requirements
- Hold a diploma (minimum BAC+2) and/or have solid initial professional experience in an insurance or banking environment serving individual clients.
- Demonstrate rigor, high standards and autonomy in all circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Curious by nature with the ability to take initiative.
- Enjoy working in a team with cohesion and good communication.
