About the role

  • Welcome clients via all communication channels: in the branch, by phone, or by email
  • Assess clients' needs: research and identify their expectations
  • Promote and sell the agency's insurance products
  • Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect documents, and perform follow-up
  • Grow client portfolios through commercial activities
  • Provide support in claims handling and follow-up when necessary
  • Actively participate in the life of the agency

Requirements

  • Diploma (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in insurance preferred
  • Rigour, attention to detail, and autonomy in all circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Curious mindset and ability to take initiative
  • Enjoys working in a team
