About the role
- Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, or by email
- Handle clients' needs: identify their expectations and present GAN Assurances' offerings
- Manage client files: quotes, policy issuance, and follow-up
- Grow client portfolios through commercial/sales initiatives
- Contribute to agency operations: supply management and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Two-year postsecondary diploma (BTS in Insurance or equivalent)
- Initial experience in managing insurance policies (auto, property/casualty, personal/ bodily injury, etc.)
- Analytical and investigative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organized, autonomous, and rigorous profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills
