About the role
- Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in branch, by phone or by email
- Assess client needs: research and identify their expectations
- Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies
- Grow client portfolios through commercial actions
- Manage and follow up on claims
- Actively contribute to the day-to-day life of the agency.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in an insurance environment
- Ideally holds a diploma (BTS or equivalent; 2–3 years post-secondary education)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously in all circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills
