About the role

  • Greet and assist customers through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, and by email
  • Handle customer needs: identify and assess expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance products
  • Manage customer files independently: produce tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, track, verify, and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
  • Grow customer portfolios through commercial actions including multi-product solutions: cross-selling and upselling
  • Handle and follow up claims: open claims notifications, appoint experts, collect documentation and perform follow-ups, and support customers throughout the claims process
  • Actively contribute to agency operations: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and assist with administrative tasks (mail, archives, etc.)

Requirements

  • Diploma (minimum Bac+2 equivalent) and/or prior professional experience in an insurance or banking environment
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work autonomously in all circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Curious nature and ability to take initiative
