About the role

  • Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in the branch, by phone, or by email
  • Handle clients' needs: identify and assess their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance products
  • Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, monitor, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
  • Develop client portfolios through in-branch commercial activities and multi-product sales: pursue sales opportunities and perform add-on sales
  • Manage and follow up on claims: open claim reports, coordinate expert appointments, collect documentation and perform follow-ups, and support clients throughout their claim process
  • Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle agency administrative tasks (mail, archives, ...)
  • Be versatile in daily tasks

Requirements

  • A diploma (ideally Bac+2 level such as a BTS in Banking/Insurance)
  • Previous professional experience in an insurance environment or in sales/technical sales, either at an insurer or in an agency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to adapt your reception style and to create and maintain relationships with clients with enthusiasm, sincerity and energy
  • Strong requirement for solid IT/computer skills
