About the role
- Client relationship & advisory
- Analyze insurance requests from professional clients (micro-enterprises, SMEs, companies)
- Assess risks: activity, exposure, claims history, environment
- Propose appropriate technical and pricing solutions that are profitable
- Draft contracts, endorsements, renewals and manage the lifecycle of policies
- Ensure file compliance (regulations, internal procedures)
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate the prevention and protection measures in place
Requirements
- Degree (preferably a Bachelor's in Insurance)
- Minimum 3–5 years' professional experience in commercial P&C insurance (underwriting, claims handling or technical roles)
- Strong expertise in assessing professional/commercial risks
- Knowledge of underwriting principles
- Proven ability to work independently in all circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills
