About the role
- Welcoming customers across all communication channels: in the branch, by telephone, or by email
- Assessing and addressing customers' needs
- Managing customer files/accounts independently
- Growing customer portfolios through commercial activities and cross-selling of multiple insurance products
- Handling and following up on claims
- Actively participating in the life of the agency
Requirements
- A diploma (minimum Bac+2 / two-year higher education) and/or initial professional experience in an insurance or banking environment serving individual or business clients
- Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously in all circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A curious nature and the ability to take initiative
