About the role

  • Client relations & advisory
  • Primary contact for the portfolio to assist clients with day-to-day requests
  • Provide tailored technical advice to optimize risk protection
  • Analyze insurance requests from professional clients (micro-businesses/TPE, SMEs, companies)
  • Assess risks: activity, exposure, claims history, environment
  • Propose appropriate and cost-effective technical and pricing solutions
  • Draft contracts, endorsements, renewals, and manage the policy lifecycle
  • Ensure file compliance (regulations, internal procedures)
  • Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing prevention and protection measures

Requirements

  • Degree (ideally a Bachelor's in Insurance)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' professional experience in P&C insurance for professionals/corporates (underwriting, portfolio management, or technical roles)
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing professional/business risks
  • Knowledge of underwriting rules
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
