About the role

  • Receive and handle incoming inquiries from clients and prospects across all channels (in-person, phone, email)
  • Identify clients' needs and propose tailored insurance solutions
  • Promote the full product offering and increase multi-policy uptake through commercial initiatives
  • Work autonomously on file management, follow-ups and reminders, and administration of corporate motor fleet contracts

Requirements

  • Diploma such as BTS in Insurance, Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 2–5 years' experience in business development, underwriting contracts and consolidating portfolios for individual clients
  • Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, proactivity and a strong customer service orientation in all circumstances
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish a trusting, close relationship on a daily basis
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and general agents
