About the role
- Provide advice and act as a mediator between the insurance company and clients
- Handle individual claims (Motor, Home, and Health)
- Welcome and assist clients in branch, by phone, and by email
- Manage group life insurance contracts
- Manage individual claims files
- Advise and support clients in their procedures
Requirements
- Hold a Bac+2-level diploma (e.g., BTS in Insurance)
- Prior experience in claims handling (e.g., motor, property, bodily injury)
- Analytical and investigative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organized, autonomous, and rigorous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professional ethics
