About the role
- Welcome clients via all communication channels: in branch, by phone, or by email
- Assess and address client needs: research and identify their expectations
- Manage client files autonomously: prepare tailored quotes, issue policies
- Grow client portfolios through commercial actions and cross-selling
- Manage and follow up on claims: support clients through the claims process
- Actively participate in the life of the agency
Requirements
- Knowledge of the insurance sector through a diploma (minimum BAC+2) and/or at least one year of relevant professional experience in an insurance or banking environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset to build lasting client relationships
- High level of rigor, sense of responsibility, and autonomy in all circumstances
- Ability to understand prospects' needs and to respond effectively to client requests
