About the role
- Greet and assist customers through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, and by email
- Assess customer needs: identify their expectations and present GAN Assurances' products and services
- Independently manage client files: prepare tailored quotes and issue insurance policies
- Grow client portfolios through in-branch sales activities and cross-selling of multiple products
- Manage and monitor claims: register claims and engage experts as needed
Requirements
- Diploma (BTS / 2-3 year postsecondary qualification) and initial professional experience in an insurance environment
- Rigour, a strong sense of responsibility, and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt to and build relationships with clients
