About the role

  • Greet and assist customers across all communication channels: in-branch, by phone, and by email
  • Handle customer needs: identify and assess their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance products
  • Manage customer files autonomously: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect and monitor documentation, perform checks and follow-ups for administrative documents and signatures
  • Handle and follow up on claims: open claim declarations, appoint experts, collect supporting documents and perform follow-up actions, and support clients throughout their claims process
  • Grow client portfolios through commercial actions and cross-selling: follow-up sales opportunities and additional product sales

Requirements

  • A diploma (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent) and/or more than one year of professional experience in an insurance environment
  • Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently in all circumstances
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A curious nature and adaptability
