About the role
- Welcome clients across all communication channels
- Handle and manage individual claims files
- Advise and assist clients with their procedures
- Ensure communication between the agency, the insurer, and clients
- Support the team in managing and developing the client portfolio
- Actively participate in agency activities
Requirements
- Hold a Bac+2 level qualification (e.g., BTS in Insurance)
- Previous experience in business development and claims management
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Well-organized and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
