About the role
- Welcome customers through all communication channels: in the branch, by phone, or by email
- Handle customers' needs: research and identify their expectations
- Manage customer files independently
- Handle and follow up on claims
- Develop client portfolios through commercial initiatives and multi-equipment cross-selling
Requirements
- A diploma (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent) and/or more than one year of professional experience in an insurance environment
- Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously in all circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A curious nature and strong adaptability
