About the role
- Greet and assist customers through all communication channels: in branch, by phone, and by email
- Handle and manage individual claims files
- Advise and support customers throughout the entire claims process
- Facilitate communication between the branch, the insurer, and customers
- Support the team in managing and developing the client portfolio
- Actively participate in branch activities
Requirements
- Hold a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2), such as a BTS in Insurance
- Previous experience managing insurance policies (e.g., auto, property damage, personal injury)
- Analytical and investigative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organized, autonomous, and highly rigorous in your work
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders
