About the role

  • Welcome clients and prospects across all channels (in-person, phone, email) with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Identify needs to propose tailored insurance solutions.
  • Promote the full range of products and develop multi-product/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Carry out customer retention activities (e.g., satisfaction surveys).
  • Implement local prospecting, referral initiatives and in-branch events or activities.
  • Actively contribute to agency operations: scheduling appointments, managing the agency calendar, handling supplies and agency administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree such as BTS in Insurance, Bachelor’s degree (Licence) or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial development, contract underwriting and portfolio consolidation with individual or professional clients.
  • Autonomous, curious, rigorous, proactive and consistently customer-focused.
  • Commercial mindset and strong service orientation: able to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
  • Team spirit and willingness to form a close-working partnership, and to communicate effectively with colleagues and the general agent.
